双相不锈钢 S32750强度及硬度高,以 S32750为换热管的双管板换热器胀接困难。将内管板材质由原设计的16Mn,Ⅲ级锻件改为20MnMoNb,Ⅲ级锻件,将管板孔槽由原设计的3-6-3结构改为8-8-8结构,采用液压胀,解决了 S32750高强钢胀接难题。

Because of duplex stainless steel S32750 high strength,high hardness,so the tube expanding of S32750 for double tubesheet exchanger was difficulty.The inner tubesheet forgings changed from original design 16Mn Gr.Ⅲ to 20MnMoNb Gr.Ⅲ and the tubesheet hole groove structure changed from 3 -6 -3 to 8 -8 -8 and used hydraulic expansion the problem of high strength steel S32750 tube expanding was solved.
