通过双因素田间试验设计研究4种不同种类生根促进剂(C)和6种不同生根促进剂质量分数(I)对佛手扦插生根率、生根数的影响差异。结果表明:使用质量分数为750×10-6(I5)的ABT-1#(C1)来处理插穗时,即采用C1 I5组合时,佛手扦插生根率最高,生根数最多,平均生根率达80.6%,平均生根数达9.8条。

Influencing differences of 4 kinds of different rooting accelerators (C),6 kinds of different concentrations of rooting reagents (I)on rooting rate and rooting number of Citrus medica were studied by two-factor experiment design.Result shows that adopting ABT-1#(C1)with the concentration of 750×10-6(I5),that is,adopting C1I5 combination,the rooting rate & rooting number of Citrus medica are all the highest,average rooting rate & aver-age root number is 80.6% & 9.8,respectively.
