目的：研究腹腔镜微创与常规肝部分切除术治疗肝胆管结石的治疗效果。方法整群选取2012年6月-2014年8月间在该院接受治疗的76例肝胆管结石患者，将其分为观察组和对照组，观察组与对照组各有患者38例，观察组采用镜微创手术进行治疗，对照组采用肝部分切除手术进行治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组肝胆管结石患者治疗总有效率为92.11%，对照组肝胆管结石患者治疗总有效率为86.84%，两组肝胆管结石患者治疗总有效率比较，无显著性差异（P>0.05）。观察组在手术时间、出血量方面与对照组进行比较，两组数据具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论采用腹腔镜微创手术的的方法，对肝胆管结石患者进行治疗，患者创伤小，手术时间短，术中出血量少，值得在临床中大力推广。
목적：연구복강경미창여상규간부분절제술치료간담관결석적치료효과。방법정군선취2012년6월-2014년8월간재해원접수치료적76례간담관결석환자，장기분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조여대조조각유환자38례，관찰조채용경미창수술진행치료，대조조채용간부분절제수술진행치료，비교량조적치료효과。결과관찰조간담관결석환자치료총유효솔위92.11%，대조조간담관결석환자치료총유효솔위86.84%，량조간담관결석환자치료총유효솔비교，무현저성차이（P>0.05）。관찰조재수술시간、출혈량방면여대조조진행비교，량조수거구유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론채용복강경미창수술적적방법，대간담관결석환자진행치료，환자창상소，수술시간단，술중출혈량소，치득재림상중대력추엄。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive procedures and partial hepatectomy in the treatment of hepatolithiasis. Methods 76 patients with hepatolithiasis who were treated in our department between June 2012 and August 2014 were divided into observation group (n=38) and control group (n=38), respectively adopting laparoscopic minimally invasive procedures and partial hepatectomy for comparison of the efficacies of them. Results The total efficacies of the observation group and the control group were 92.11%and 86.84%, and there was no statistically significant difference between them(P>0.05);however there were statistically significant differences between the operation time, blood loss of the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic minimally invasive procedures is worthy of promotion in the treatment of hepatolithiasis because of its advantages of less trauma, shorter operation time and less blood loss.
