在嫩枝扦插育苗中,通过对所选剪穗母树的年龄、长势状况,所采枝条部位,剪穗部位优劣状况等不同因素对嫩枝扦插成活率的影响研究,结果表明:用于嫩枝扦插剪穗的种条应在母树年龄较小、无病虫害、生长旺盛的优势母树的基部萌生条或顶端旺盛枝条及当年生幼树的顶端枝条上采集;剪穗应在枝条的中部和上部剪取,长度要在15 cm以上。

재눈지천삽육묘중,통과대소선전수모수적년령、장세상황,소채지조부위,전수부위우렬상황등불동인소대눈지천삽성활솔적영향연구,결과표명:용우눈지천삽전수적충조응재모수년령교소、무병충해、생장왕성적우세모수적기부맹생조혹정단왕성지조급당년생유수적정단지조상채집;전수응재지조적중부화상부전취,장도요재15 cm이상。
Effects of different factors (age and growing conditions of mother tree,good and bad condition for part of the cutting branches & cutting spike)on survival rates of softwood cuttings were studied.Result shows that stripe should be collected in base sprouted shoots with small-aged,no pests &advantaged mother trees which grow vigor-ously,topped vigorous branches,topped branches of saplings in the very year.Cuttings should be cut in middle and upper part of the branches,length being above 1 5 cm.
