利用157个家系组成的大关稻/IR28重组自交系群体,采用牙签接种法,鉴定亲本及157个重组自交系群体对水稻纹枯病的抗性。利用 QTL Cartographer软件,对水稻纹枯病抗性基因进行检测分析。结果表明,共检测到 qsb1、qsb2、qsb5-1和 qsb5-24个 QTL 位点,分别位于第1、2和5染色体上,贡献率为10.41%~36.92%。 qsb5-1的加性效应为负值,表明来自供体亲本 IR28相应 QTL使纹枯病病斑比值变小;qsb1、qsb2和 qsb5-2的加性效应为正值,表明来自供体亲本大关稻相应 QTL使纹枯病病斑比值变大。

이용157개가계조성적대관도/IR28중조자교계군체,채용아첨접충법,감정친본급157개중조자교계군체대수도문고병적항성。이용 QTL Cartographer연건,대수도문고병항성기인진행검측분석。결과표명,공검측도 qsb1、qsb2、qsb5-1화 qsb5-24개 QTL 위점,분별위우제1、2화5염색체상,공헌솔위10.41%~36.92%。 qsb5-1적가성효응위부치,표명래자공체친본 IR28상응 QTL사문고병병반비치변소;qsb1、qsb2화 qsb5-2적가성효응위정치,표명래자공체친본대관도상응 QTL사문고병병반비치변대。
A recombinant inbred line (RlL) population composed of 157 lines derived from an inter-subspecific hybrid of Daguandao/lR28 by the single seed descent method was used as materials, and the quantitative trait loci (QTLs) coffering the resistance to sheath blight in the 157 RlLs and the parents were detected using the toothpick inoculation method. The disease indexes of rice sheath blight in the two parents and 157 RlLs were scored and the QTLs responsible for rice sheath blight resistance were detected accordingly by QTL Cartographer software. The results showed that a total of 4 QTLs (qsb1, qsb2, qsb5-1, qsb5-2) conferring sheath blight resistance were detected on chromosomes 1, 2 and 5, and their variance explained ranged from 10.41% to 36.92%. The additive effect of qsb5-1 was negative, indicat-ing that the QTLs derived from donor parent lR 28 could enhance the resistance to sheath blight. However, the additive effects of qsb1, qsb2 and qsb5-2 were positive, indicating that the QTLs derived from donor parent Daguandao weakened the resis-tance to sheath blight.
