北京铁路局辖内既有铁路建设跨度百余年,地形复杂,设防标准差异大,防洪能力整体偏低,汛期极端降雨易诱发崩塌落石泥石流、路基下沉塌陷、水漫线路等灾害。中国雨带旋回周期变化,21世纪以来雨带北抬,北京铁路局辖内降雨明显增多,保定西、唐山形成降雨中心,极端天气频发,水害频次增多。通过对北京铁路局辖内汛期降水特征、不良地质类型分布特征及水害类型进行分析,总结其时空规律,提出切实可行的防范策略,为科学防洪提供理论支撑,为铁路安全运营提供保障。

The existing railway construction has been in existence over 100 years in the jurisdiction of Beijing Railway Bureau. The complex terrain, huge difference in fortification standards, low level of flood control capacity and extraordinary rainfalls in flood season are likely to induce collapse and rockfall debris flow, subgrade settlement and collapsing, water overflowing the railway. The rain belt of china is turning interval. The rain belt moves towards north since 21st century, the rainfall increases obviously in the jurisdiction of Beijing Railway Bureau with rainfall concentration in Baoding West and Tangshan. Extreme weather and water disasters are more common. With analysis of the poor geological distribution and water disaster classification, in the jurisdiction of Beijing Railway Bureau, the temporal and spatial regulation of features are summarized, practical and feasible strategies are proposed to provide theoretical support for flood control and train operation.
