为探究黑土有效硼含量测定的适宜方法，以采自黑龙江省大部分土壤类型的耕作层表土的206份土样为试材，对传统测定即热水浸提与0．05 mol·L‐1盐酸浸提测定土壤有效硼的相关性进行了研究。结果表明：供试土样的有效硼含量为 HOT‐B＞ HCL‐B ，HOT‐B平均值为 HCL‐B的2．00倍，当土壤pH＜7．5时两种方法的相关系数最大（r＝0．8980倡倡，P＜0．01）。说明在酸性和中性土壤上HCL‐B能够替代 HOT‐B测定土壤有效硼含量。

In order to explore optimal method for the determination of soil available B content in black soil ,Total 206 soil samples ,which represented the main soil types of Heilongjiang province were collected to study the re‐lationship between the traditional hot water extraction method (HOT‐B) and 0 .05 mol·L‐1 HCl(HCl‐B) ex‐traction method for soil available B in black soil .The results showed that the soil available B contents with HOT‐B had 2 .00 times higher than that with HCl‐B .The correlation coefficient reach the highest value as soil pH<7 .5 (r=0 .898 0* * ,P<0 .01) .Therefore ,the HOT‐B extraction method could be replaced by the HCl‐B extraction method for soil available B in alkaline and neutral black soil .
