目的：探讨不同入路减压内固定治疗对颈椎病患者颈椎曲度的改善效果。方法选取长治市人民医院2011年2月至2014年3月收治的多节段脊髓型颈椎病患者90例，随机分为前路组和后路组，每组45例。对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果前路组患者术后颈椎曲度、神经功能恢复情况均明显优于后路组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用前路减压内固定术治疗颈椎病，疗效显著，安全可靠。
목적：탐토불동입로감압내고정치료대경추병환자경추곡도적개선효과。방법선취장치시인민의원2011년2월지2014년3월수치적다절단척수형경추병환자90례，수궤분위전로조화후로조，매조45례。대량조환자적림상치료효과진행대비분석。결과전로조환자술후경추곡도、신경공능회복정황균명현우우후로조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론채용전로감압내고정술치료경추병，료효현저，안전가고。
Objective To investigate the effects of different approaches decompression fixation in improving cervical spondylosis cervical curvature. Methods Randomly selected 90 cases of multi-seg-ment cervical myelopathy patients in the people ’s hospital of Changzhi from February 2011 to March 2014,and all the cases were randomly assigned to anterior group and posterior group,the clinical treat-ment of two groups of patients were comparatively analyzed. Results The cervical curvature,recovery of neurological function in anterior group was significantly better than that in posterior group,and the differ-ence was significant( P<0 . 05 ). Conclusions Pressurized anterior fixation treatment of cervical disease is effective,safe and reliable,so it is recommended to further promotion in clinical practice.
