扭曲管是一种高效的管程强化传热管。对这一管形的传热性能及流阻性能进行了深入地数值模拟研究。结果表明,与普通圆管相比,扭曲管由于其结构的特殊性,使得管内介质不断冲刷管壁,造成扭曲管管壁附近传热边界层厚度减薄的现象,提高了管内介质对流传系数,传热效果明显增强。此外,在相同雷诺数下,扭曲管的管内对流传热系数比圆管高30%,而综合性能高出30%~35%。在此基础上,对扭曲管的结构尺寸(截面比例 ai /bi 和螺距 s)进行了研究,扭曲管结构尺寸对其传热及流阻性能的影响较大,在模拟范围内,截面比例 ai /bi =2或螺距 s =100 mm 的扭曲管综合性能最优。最后,通过对数值模拟的数据进行处理,拟合出统一的扭曲管管内 Nu 和ΔP 公式,对工程设计有较大指导意义。

Twisted tube is a kind of highly enhanced heat transfer tube pipe.Numerical simulation of the heat transfer and flow resistance performance were studied in depth.The result showed that,compared with the round tube,the structure of twisted tube is special,which made the medium in the tube scour the wall continually.This led to the heat transfer boundary layer thickness thinning near the wall,improving the convection coefficient of the medium in the tube,and enhancing the heat transfer effect obviously.For the same Reynolds number,the tube convective heat-transfer coefficient of twisted tube was 30% higher than the normal tube.What′s more,the integrated performance increase of 30% ~35%.On these basis, the structure sizes of twisted tubes(cross-sectional ratio of ai /bi and pitch s)were studied.The structure sizes of twisted tube effected greatly on the performance of the heat transfer and flow resistance.The twis-ted tube wiht a cross-section ratio of 2 or a pitch of 100 mm showed the best integrated performance.In the end of,processed by the numerical simulation data,it showed a uniform formula for these twist tubes of Nu and ΔP,which has great guiding significance to engineering design.
