目的:探讨Rho激酶(Rho kinase, ROCK)活性与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)疾病活动度的相关性。方法采用蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)检测SLE患者和健康受试者的ROCK活性,SLE疾病活动指数2000(SLEDAI-2000,SLEDAI-2K)评分评估SLE患者疾病活动程度,应用SPSS17.0统计软件分析ROCK活性与SLEDAI-2K评分的相关性。结果 SLE疾病轻度、中度及重度活动组患者ROCK活性均明显高于健康受试者,中度和重度活动组患者ROCK活性显著高于轻度活动组;中度活动组与重度活动组患者的ROCK活性相比差异无统计学意义;ROCK活性与SLEDAI-2K评分呈相关性。结论 ROCK活性与SLE疾病活动度相关,可作为一种新的潜在的SLE疾病活动度评估指标。

Objective To investigate the correlation between Rho kinase(ROCK) activity and systemic Lupus erythematosus(SLE) disease activity. Method ROCK activity of SLE patients and healthy volunteers was test by Western blotting. SLE disease activity was evaluated by SLEDAI-2K score. The correlation between ROCK activity and SLE disease activity was analyzed via SPSS17.0 software. Result ROCK activities of the mild, moderate and severe active group of SLE patients were all greater than healthy volunteers. ROCK activities of the moderate and severe active group of SLE patients were both greater than the mild active group. There was no difference in the ROCK activity between the moderate and severe active group of SLE patients. ROCK activity also correlated with SLEDAI-2K scores. Conclusion ROCK activity which correlated with SLE disease activity may be a new potential marker of SLE disease activity.
