目的::检测河南汉族人群中 SP-D11和 SP-D160位点单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与肺结核易感性之间的关系。方法:用 SSP-PCR、琼脂糖凝胶电泳和基因测序的方法检测河南汉族197例肺结核患者和200例正常人的 SP-D11、SP-D160位点的 SNP,并进行基因型频率、等位基因频率的比较。结果:SP-D11位点 CT 基因型频率在肺结核组和对照组间差异有统计学意义[P =0.006,OR(95% CI)=1.932(1.196~3.122)];SP-D160位点 A 等位基因频率在45岁以下人群肺结核组和对照组间差异有统计学意义[P =0.028,OR(95% CI)=1.524(1.044~2.226)]。结论:SP-D11位点 CT 基因型、SP-D160位点 A 等位基因与河南汉族人群肺结核发病有关,且可能受到年龄的影响。

목적::검측하남한족인군중 SP-D11화 SP-D160위점단핵감산다태성(SNP)여폐결핵역감성지간적관계。방법:용 SSP-PCR、경지당응효전영화기인측서적방법검측하남한족197례폐결핵환자화200례정상인적 SP-D11、SP-D160위점적 SNP,병진행기인형빈솔、등위기인빈솔적비교。결과:SP-D11위점 CT 기인형빈솔재폐결핵조화대조조간차이유통계학의의[P =0.006,OR(95% CI)=1.932(1.196~3.122)];SP-D160위점 A 등위기인빈솔재45세이하인군폐결핵조화대조조간차이유통계학의의[P =0.028,OR(95% CI)=1.524(1.044~2.226)]。결론:SP-D11위점 CT 기인형、SP-D160위점 A 등위기인여하남한족인군폐결핵발병유관,차가능수도년령적영향。
Aim: To study the relation between single nucleotide polymorphism at SP-D11 and SP-D160 and pulmona-ry tuberculosis(TB) of Han population in Henan Province. Methods: A total of 197 cases of TB and 200 healthy subjects were recruited in the study. SSP-PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis and gene sequencing analysis method were used to detect genotype of SP-D gene on 11, 160 sites. Results: CT genotype frequency on SP-D11 site had statistical difference between TB group and control group[P = 0. 006,OR(95% CI) = 1. 932(1. 196 - 3. 122)]. In < 45 years old group, A allele fre-quency on SP-D160 site had statistical difference between TB group and control group[P = 0. 028,OR(95% CI) = 1. 524 (1. 044 - 2. 226)]. Conclusion: CT genotype on SP-D11 site and allele A on SP-D160 loci are associated with TB in Henan Han population, which may be influenced by age.
