针对药品仓储过程中温湿度检测点多、系统运行时间长等要求,采用多微处理器的系统结构设计温湿度监控系统。系统下位机模块由多个温湿度传感器和微功率无线传输模块组成,解决传感器放置限制和布线等问题;PC 机作为上位机,采用 LabVIEW 作为软件开发平台。上位机通过串行口读取各传感器数据,同时向控制微处理器发送控制命令,控制空调和加湿机的工作;远程客户端通过以太网访问上位机,获取各种数据和控制状态。通过系统的软硬件可靠性设计,解决系统不间断工作的可靠性问题。试验表明:系统温度测量精度为0.01℃,湿度测量精度为0.05%RH,检测点扩展方便。
針對藥品倉儲過程中溫濕度檢測點多、繫統運行時間長等要求,採用多微處理器的繫統結構設計溫濕度鑑控繫統。繫統下位機模塊由多箇溫濕度傳感器和微功率無線傳輸模塊組成,解決傳感器放置限製和佈線等問題;PC 機作為上位機,採用 LabVIEW 作為軟件開髮平檯。上位機通過串行口讀取各傳感器數據,同時嚮控製微處理器髮送控製命令,控製空調和加濕機的工作;遠程客戶耑通過以太網訪問上位機,穫取各種數據和控製狀態。通過繫統的軟硬件可靠性設計,解決繫統不間斷工作的可靠性問題。試驗錶明:繫統溫度測量精度為0.01℃,濕度測量精度為0.05%RH,檢測點擴展方便。

Aiming at the requirements of multi-points of temperature and humidity measurement and long time operation in the process of drug store,multiple microprocessors structure was used to design temperature and humidity monitoring system.The slave computer module of system included temperature and humidity sensors and micropower wireless transmitting modules,and the prob-lems of limitation for sensors placed and wire layout were solved; The personal computer was adopted as the host one,and the soft-ware was developed in the platform of LabVIEW.The host computer obtained data from all sensors through the serial port,and meanwhile it sent the control command to the control microprocessor to control the operation of air conditioner and humidifier;The remote clients visited the host computer via Ethernet to obtain all data and control states.By means of the reliability design of the system’s hardware and software,the reliability problem of uninterrupted work of the system was solved.The results of experiment show that the measurement accuracies of temperature and humidity of the system is 0.01℃ and 0. 05% RH separately,and the measurement points can be extended easily.
