智能终端的跃进式发展、互联网业务格局的迅速拓展和“互联网+”的快速推进共同推动了移动互联网的高速发展，也为移动通信网络制造了巨大的挑战。基站能力开放是从网络层面和运营层面融合移动互联网，包含Cache/CDN向基站侧下沉和基站数据开放两方面内容。通过分析当前移动互联网发展现状，提出了2种cache/CDN下沉方案，分析了可开放基站数据内容和应用方案，并介绍了基站数据开放的典型应用——室内定位技术。

The factors that the technology of intel igent terminal leaps forward,the internet business landscape rapidly expands and the rapid advance of the“Internet+”,jointly promote the rapid development of mobile Internet. At the same time,it also proposes a huge chal enge to the manufacture of mobile communication network. Opening the ability of the base station indicates the combination with the Internet from both the network level and the operation level,which includes two parts:one is the sinking of cache/CDN to the base station side,the other one is the data opening of the base station. It describes the current develop-ment status of the mobile Internet,proposes two sinking solutions of the cache/CDN,analyzes the data content and applica-tion scheme of the base station,and introduces the typical application of the data opening of base station-technology of indoor positioning.
