针对电导率传感器在测量时电导池存在电容效应,严重影响测量精度问题,提出了选频电导率测量法,设计了以 ATMEGA128单片机为主控制器的电导率测量系统。本文首先介绍电导率传感器测量原理和存在的问题,其次介绍选频法原理和实现,最后介绍系统整体硬件结构和功能,并以实际的测量结果证明了系统在提高测量精度方面的可行性。

Conductivity sensor exists capacitance effect when measuring,which seriously affects the measurement accuracy.So we put forward the frequency selection measurement method and designed the electrical conductivity measurement system based on ATMEGA128 microprocessor,This paper firstly introduced the measurement principle and the existing problems of the conductivity sensor; then introduced the principle of frequency selection method; finally gave the whole hardware structure of the system and proved the feasibility in improving measurement precision based on the actual measurement results.
