在我国经济发展的重要时期,随着塔式起重机(塔吊)的使用频率不断提高,塔吊超载垮塌事故也随之频繁发生。针对此状况,可应用力学模型研制一种可靠、简单、价格低廉的钢丝绳超载报警器,来确保塔吊的安全运行。因此,对碟簧在新型报警器中的应用展开了论述,通过与目前常用的报警器进行比较,分析了碟簧在报警器中应用的优越性,并研究了碟簧的相关计算、校核、选取和试验。
