目的：比较压抑膜遮盖与眼罩遮盖治疗大龄儿童弱视的效果。方法对2008年1月至2012年6月在我院采用两种方法治疗的53例大龄儿童弱视患者的病案资料进行回顾性分析。结果压抑膜遮盖法治愈率为15.6%，好转率为62.5%，眼罩遮盖法治愈率为9.5%，好转率为52.4%，两种治疗方法治愈率和好转率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用压抑膜遮盖治疗大龄儿童弱视的依从性好，其实际应用效果优于眼罩。

ObjetiveTo compare the effect of depressing film and eyeshade in treating the amblyopia in old children. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out for 53 cases of amblyopia in old children who underwent two surgery methods from Jan, 2008 to Apr, 2012. Results The recovery rate of depressing film group was 89.9% and the improvement rate was 62.5%, while the recovery rate of the eyeshade group was 9.5% and the improvement rate was 52.4%. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Using the depressing film has a better compliance in treating the amblyopia in old children, it is more effective than the eyeshade.
