目的::探讨培哚普利对盐酸异丙肾上腺素(ISO)所致心肌肥厚大鼠心肌组织中肌细胞增强因子2A (MEF2A)表达的影响。方法:30只雄性 Wistar 大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、药物干预组,每组10只。对照组大鼠皮下注射生理盐水;模型组大鼠皮下注射 ISO;药物干预组大鼠皮下注射 ISO,同时用培哚普利进行灌胃。10 d后解剖心脏,计算全心重量/体重比及左心室重量/体重比;HE 染色观察心肌病理变化;应用 RT-PCR 及免疫组化方法检测心肌组织中 MEF2A mRNA 及蛋白的表达。结果:4个检测指标结果均显示模型组>药物干预组>对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P 均<0.05)。结论:MEF2A 参与心肌肥厚的发生发展;培哚普利可抑制心肌肥厚,其机制与调节 MEF2A 的表达有关。

목적::탐토배타보리대염산이병신상선소(ISO)소치심기비후대서심기조직중기세포증강인자2A (MEF2A)표체적영향。방법:30지웅성 Wistar 대서수궤분위대조조、모형조、약물간예조,매조10지。대조조대서피하주사생리염수;모형조대서피하주사 ISO;약물간예조대서피하주사 ISO,동시용배타보리진행관위。10 d후해부심장,계산전심중량/체중비급좌심실중량/체중비;HE 염색관찰심기병리변화;응용 RT-PCR 급면역조화방법검측심기조직중 MEF2A mRNA 급단백적표체。결과:4개검측지표결과균현시모형조>약물간예조>대조조,차이균유통계학의의(P 균<0.05)。결론:MEF2A 삼여심기비후적발생발전;배타보리가억제심기비후,기궤제여조절 MEF2A 적표체유관。
Aim: To explore the effects of perindopril on expression of myocyte enhancer factor 2A(MEF2A) in myocar-dial tissue of myocardial hypertrophy rats induced by isoproterenol. Methods: A total of 30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and drug intervention group(n =10). In control group physiological saline was sub-cutaneously injected,in model group isoproterenol was subcutaneously injected, in drug intervention group isoproterenol was subcutaneously injected and perindopril was gavaged. Ten days later,heart weight/ body weight and left ventricle weight/ body weight were calculated,and MEF2A mRNA and protein were detected by RT-PCR and SP method. Results: The four indexes in model group were the highest,and were the lowest in control group(P <0. 05). Conclusion: MEF2A promotes myocardial hypertrophy. Perindopril regulates the expression of MEF2A,which could inhibit myocardial hypertrophy.
