为了进一步提高大豆产量,研究了化肥与秸秆配施条件下,大豆生长及产量的变化。结果表明:化肥与秸秆配施增加了大豆株高和叶绿素含量,促进了大豆植株的干物质积累。增加秸秆施入量对大豆株高的叶绿素含量影响不大。苗期秸秆处理能够促进大豆根瘤形成,后期逐渐表现出抑制作用。低量秸秆处理能够促进大豆固氮酶活性,高量秸秆对大豆固氮酶活性有抑制作用。化肥与秸秆配合施用能够改善大豆产量性状,低量秸秆处理单株荚数、单株粒数、百粒重和产量最高。

In order to further improve the yield of soybean ,the changes of soybean growth and yield were studied under the condition of combining chemical fertilizer and straw .The results showed that the combined applica‐tion of fertilizer and the straw increased the soybean plant height and chlorophyll content ,and promoted the dry matter accumulation of soybean plant .The effect of increasing the amount of straw on the chlorophyll content of soybean plant was little .In seedling stage ,straw treatment could promote the formation of soybean nodules , and the late stage gradually show the inhibition effect .The activity of nitrogenase of soybean was promoted by the treatment of low amount of straw ,and the activity of nitrogenase was inhibited by high content of straw . The combination of chemical fertilizer and straw could improve the yield of soybean ,and the number of pods per plant ,grain number per plant ,grain weight per plant and yield of low amount of straw were the highest .
