目的探讨割冻术联合羊膜移植术联合免疫抑制剂治疗蚕食性角膜溃疡的效果。方法选择2008年1月至2012年6月在我院住院的蚕食性角膜溃疡患者。共16例（17眼）通过联合治疗，随访1-3年。结果10例(11眼)经过一次联合治疗治愈。4眼一次性治疗后显效，2眼无效，经再次治疗后4例病情控制未复发。2例行板层角膜移植术治疗。结论割冻术联合羊膜移植术联合免疫抑制剂治疗蚕食性角膜溃疡效果良好。
目的探討割凍術聯閤羊膜移植術聯閤免疫抑製劑治療蠶食性角膜潰瘍的效果。方法選擇2008年1月至2012年6月在我院住院的蠶食性角膜潰瘍患者。共16例（17眼）通過聯閤治療，隨訪1-3年。結果10例(11眼)經過一次聯閤治療治愈。4眼一次性治療後顯效，2眼無效，經再次治療後4例病情控製未複髮。2例行闆層角膜移植術治療。結論割凍術聯閤羊膜移植術聯閤免疫抑製劑治療蠶食性角膜潰瘍效果良好。
목적탐토할동술연합양막이식술연합면역억제제치료잠식성각막궤양적효과。방법선택2008년1월지2012년6월재아원주원적잠식성각막궤양환자。공16례（17안）통과연합치료，수방1-3년。결과10례(11안)경과일차연합치료치유。4안일차성치료후현효，2안무효，경재차치료후4례병정공제미복발。2례행판층각막이식술치료。결론할동술연합양막이식술연합면역억제제치료잠식성각막궤양효과량호。
Objective To explore the effect of the treatment of Mooren ulcer by cut frozen combined amniotic membrane transplantation and immune inhibitors therapy. Methods 16 cases (17 eyes) with Mooren ulcer in our hospital were treated by cut and frozen combined with amniotic membrane transplantation and immune inhibitors therapy. All patients were followed up for 1-5 years. Results There were 11eyes cured, 4 eyes improved, and invalid 2 eyes after a combination treatment. After retreatment, 4 cases of disease were controlled. Lamellar keratoplasty was performed in 2 eyes. Conclusion The effect of the combination treatment is good for Mooren ulcer.
