目的::探讨宫颈腺癌组织中 C-erbB-2和 E-cadherin 蛋白的表达与宫颈腺癌患者临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法检测72例宫颈腺癌组织中 C-erbB-2和 E-cadherin 蛋白的表达情况,分析二者与宫颈腺癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果:72例宫颈腺癌组织中,C-erbB-2高表达31例(43.1%),E-cadherin 低表达34例(47.2%)。 C-erbB-2高表达和 E-cadherin 低表达与宫颈腺癌的分化程度、FIGO 分期及淋巴结转移有关( P <0.05)。宫颈腺癌组织中 C-erbB-2与 E-cadherin 的表达呈负关联(rP =0.600,P <0.001)。结论:C-erbB-2高表达和E-cadherin 低表达与宫颈腺癌的发展有关,可作为判断宫颈腺癌生物学行为的重要参考指标。

목적::탐토궁경선암조직중 C-erbB-2화 E-cadherin 단백적표체여궁경선암환자림상병리특정적관계。방법:응용면역조화법검측72례궁경선암조직중 C-erbB-2화 E-cadherin 단백적표체정황,분석이자여궁경선암환자림상병리특정적관계。결과:72례궁경선암조직중,C-erbB-2고표체31례(43.1%),E-cadherin 저표체34례(47.2%)。 C-erbB-2고표체화 E-cadherin 저표체여궁경선암적분화정도、FIGO 분기급림파결전이유관( P <0.05)。궁경선암조직중 C-erbB-2여 E-cadherin 적표체정부관련(rP =0.600,P <0.001)。결론:C-erbB-2고표체화E-cadherin 저표체여궁경선암적발전유관,가작위판단궁경선암생물학행위적중요삼고지표。
Aim: To explore the expressions and clinicopathology significance of E-cadherin and C-erbB-2 in cervical adenocarcinoma tissue. Methods: The expressions of E-cadherin and C-erbB-2 protein in 72 cases diagnosed as cervical adenocarcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical method, and their relations with clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results: Out of 72 cervical adenocarcinoma samples, the high level expression of C-erbB-2 was found in 31 cases (43. 1% ), while the low level expression of E-cadherin was found in 34 cases(47. 2% ). C-erbB-2 overexpression and E-cadherin reduced expression were related with differentiation degree, FIGO staging and lymph node metastasis of cervical ade-nocarcinoma(P <0. 05). There was negative association between C-erbB-2 and E-cadherin protein expressions in cervical ad-enocarcinoma tissue(rP =0. 600,P <0. 001). Conclusion: C-erbB-2 overexpression and E-cadherin reduced expression may play important roles in the development of cervical adenocarcinoma, and could be used for judging its biological behavior.
