利用353份问卷调研数据，应用结构方程模型验证网络知识资源、企业制度体系对农业企业绩效的影响机制。研究结果显示，农业企业对来自不同渠道的知识资源依赖程度不同；制度体系对企业知识激活及实现绩效有着正向促进作用，但在影响效果上制度规范弱于组织氛围；农业企业财务绩效主要受来自内部网络知识的影响。

It is not only helpful for promoting the integration of knowledge management and academic research of social net-work to explore the effect of knowledge acquisition,integration,and application for agricultural businesses embedded in so-cial network on their performance,but also of great practical importance for guiding agricultural businesses’relationship management and knowledge management.The influencing mechanism of network knowledge and business system on the ag-ricultural businesses’performance is tested with Structural Equation Model (SEM)based on data from 353 questionnaire surveys.Results show:agricultural businesses rely differently on knowledge from different sources;business system has positive but less effect on knowledge activation and in turn on performance than organizational climate;agricultural busines-ses’financial performance is affected more by network knowledge within the businesses,whilst non -financial performance is affected more by external network knowledge.
