基于热分析技术提出了工控机与高精度温度变送器协作完成测试分析的铁水成分在线分析仪设计方案。系统软件基于 Linux 操作系统,采用 Qt 编程环境编写前后台程序,实现了数据通信、处理和图形化显示、数据库存储和人机交互等功能;提出了冷却曲线小波分析去噪声的方法和拐点、平台相结合提取特征值的算法。实验证明系统 C 含量相对误差小于1%,Si 含量相对误差小于5%,完全满足测试要求。

This paper proposed a molten iron composition online analyzer,which conducted the quality test and analysis based on the cooperation between IPC and high precision temperature Transmitter.The system software was developed on the Linux plat-form.The Qt programming environment was used to program the foreground and background applications,including data communica-tion,processing and graphical display,database storage,human interaction,and so on.This paper also proposed an approach to filter out noises in the cooling curve based on wavelet analysis,and an algorithm combined inflection point and the platform to extract characteristic values.Experiments show that the relative error of content of C and Si are less than 1% and 5%,fully meeting the specifications.
