目的：对小儿 o 形腿的患者采取综合护理干预措施，研究所取得的护理效果。方法选取78例 o 形腿患儿作为研究对象，随机将其分为两组，即对照组与实验组，前者实施一般护理措施，后者实施综合护理措施。结果实验组因采取了综合护理措施，使得各项指标均优于对照组，具有显著性差异（P<0.05），提高了疾病的治愈率及患者的满意度。结论尽管小儿的常发病为0形腿，但是在生长发育过程中，大部分小儿可自愈，部分重度的患儿仍会造成后遗症，不利于肢体的美观。因此，对小儿 o 形腿采取综合护理措施具有重要意义。
