目的：了解对面部皮炎患者应用他克莫司软膏联合羟氯喹片治疗的临床效果。方法纳入本院近年来收治面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者为本次研究对象，随机抽取80例并根据治疗方案差异将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者40例，接受常规他克莫司软膏治疗，观察组患者40例，在对照组治疗基础上联合羟氯喹片。对比2组患者临床疗效及安全性。结果完成治疗后对2组患者临床疗效进行评估分析，观察组患者临床治疗总有效率显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；2组患者治疗后均无发生严重不良反应，不良反应发生概率对比无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者应用他克莫司软膏联合羟氯喹片药物治疗，相对于常规他克莫司软膏药物治疗其临床疗效更加突出，且不会增加不良反应发生概率，有安全高效的优点，值得临床普及推广。
목적：료해대면부피염환자응용타극막사연고연합간록규편치료적림상효과。방법납입본원근년래수치면부당피질격소의뢰성피염환자위본차연구대상，수궤추취80례병근거치료방안차이장기분위대조조여관찰조。대조조환자40례，접수상규타극막사연고치료，관찰조환자40례，재대조조치료기출상연합간록규편。대비2조환자림상료효급안전성。결과완성치료후대2조환자림상료효진행평고분석，관찰조환자림상치료총유효솔현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；2조환자치료후균무발생엄중불량반응，불량반응발생개솔대비무통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대면부당피질격소의뢰성피염환자응용타극막사연고연합간록규편약물치료，상대우상규타극막사연고약물치료기림상료효경가돌출，차불회증가불량반응발생개솔，유안전고효적우점，치득림상보급추엄。
Objective: to explore the clinical effect of facial dermatitis in patients with tacrolimus ointment combined with hydroxychloroquine tablets treatment. Methods: the inclusion in our hospital in recent years treated facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis patients as the research object, randomly selected 80 cases and according to the differences in treatment regimens will be divided into the control group and observation group. Result: after treatment the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients for analysis and evaluation, the observation group patients with clinical treatment of the total ef ciency was signi cantly better than the control group, the difference was signi cant (P<0.05); after treatment, the patients in the two groups had no serious adverse reactions, adverse reactions occurrence probability of no statistical signi cance (P<0.05). Conclusion: facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis with tacrolimus ointment combined with hydroxyl chloroquine drug treatment, compared with conventional tacrolimus ointment treatment the clinical curative effect is more prominent, and does not increase the adverse reactions occurrence probability, has the advantages of safety and high ef ciency, it is worth clinical promotion.
