目的：研究探讨支气管动脉灌注术及动脉栓塞术治疗肺结核并糖尿病的临床效果。方法将我院2012年7月-2014年7月收治的肺结核并糖尿病患者30例为研究对象。所有患者均采用支气管动脉灌注术及动脉栓塞术进行指标。结果治疗结果显示,所有患者中27例患者血糖控制良好,3例患者血糖获得改善，无一例患者出现死亡；24例肺结核患者治愈，6例患者病情改善,无一例患者出现死亡。结论针对肺结核并糖尿病的患者,在治疗的过程中采用支气管动脉灌注术及动脉栓塞术能够获得良好的治疗效果,对患者病情改善非常有帮助。
목적：연구탐토지기관동맥관주술급동맥전새술치료폐결핵병당뇨병적림상효과。방법장아원2012년7월-2014년7월수치적폐결핵병당뇨병환자30례위연구대상。소유환자균채용지기관동맥관주술급동맥전새술진행지표。결과치료결과현시,소유환자중27례환자혈당공제량호,3례환자혈당획득개선，무일례환자출현사망；24례폐결핵환자치유，6례환자병정개선,무일례환자출현사망。결론침대폐결핵병당뇨병적환자,재치료적과정중채용지기관동맥관주술급동맥전새술능구획득량호적치료효과,대환자병정개선비상유방조。
Objective: to study the clinical effect of bronchial arterial infusion and arterial embolization for treating pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes.. Methods: 30 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes were treated in our hospital from July 2012 to July.. all patients were performed with bronchial arterial infusion and arterial embolization for the target. Results: treatment results show, all patients in 27 cases of patients with good blood glucose control, 3 cases of patients whose blood sugar was improved, no cases of death, 24 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were cured, improved in 6 cases of patients, no cases of death. Conclusion: for the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes, in the course of treatment by bronchial arterial infusion and embolization can obtain good therapeutic effect, very helpful for improving the patient’s condition.
