畜禽良种的选育与培育是我国畜牧业可持续发展的关键。通过总结和借鉴发达国家先进的育种经验，对比国内外的育种模式，得出畜禽种业发展的运行机理是在客体要素约束下相关利益主体多目标行为决策整合的结果，并进一步分析影响我国畜禽种业发展的困境，为提升我国畜牧业的核心竞争力，从培育与发展育种主体、整合服务资源、优化育种模式和完善健全制度标准体系4个方面探寻出适合我国畜禽种业有效运行的建设路径。

Selecting,breeding and application of varieties of livestock and poultry is the key to the sustainable development of animal husbandry in China.First of all,aiming at the current situation that the main core of livestock and poultry variety resources excessively depends on imports in China,the authors draw advanced experience from developed country in breed-ing,compare breeding mode at home and abroad,work out the running mechanism of the livestock and poultry seed indus-try development,which is the integration of multi -objective behavioral decision including market demand,resources, technology,system and capital constraints related interest subjects.Secondly,the paper further analyzes the plight of live-stock and poultry seed industry development in our country from real constraint.Finally,in order to promote the core com-petitiveness of Chinaˊs animal husbandry,cultivating and developing subjects,integrating service resources,optimizing the mode of breeding and improving the system of perfect standard system are suitable and effective operation paths to develop livestock and poultry seed industry in our country .
