目的：探究和分析手辅助腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌的临床效果。方法选择我院2011年2月份到2015年1月份接受的实施手辅助腹腔镜手术治疗的结直肠癌患者50例以及同期抽取的实施腹腔镜手术治疗的结直肠癌患者50例为主要对象。观察和比较两组患者的手术效果。结果在手术时间、胃管留置时间、下床活动时间以及肠道功能恢复时间比较上，实验组比对照组短，差异明显， P<0.05，有统计学意义；在出血量、术后并发症发生率以及术中副损伤发生率比较上，实验组比对照组少，差异明显，P<0.05，有统计学意义。结论采用手辅助腹腔镜手术对结直肠癌进行治疗，安全性高，减少创伤性，术后恢复快，值得普及。

Objective: to explore and analyze the clinical effect of hand assisted laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods: in our hospital in 2011 february to 2015 in January to accept the implementation of hand assisted laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer patients 50 cases and selected from the same period in laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of colorectal cancer patients 50 cases as the main object. observation and comparison of the two groups of patients with surgery. Results: in the operation time, the tube indwelling time, off bed activity time and the intestinal function recovery time comparison, the experimental group than in the control group, the difference was signi cant, P<0.05, with statistical signi cance; in bleeding volume, postoperative complication rate and intraoperative injury rate, the experimental group than in the control group, the difference was signi cant, P<0.05, with statistical signi cance. Conclusion: hand assisted laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer treatment, safe and high, reduce the traumatic, postoperative recovery is fast, it is worth popularizing.
