目的：探讨与分析变应性支气管肺曲菌病的临床特点。方法选择来我院就诊的患有变应性支气管肺曲菌病20例作为研究对象，这些患者病例所选日期为2014年1月~2015年1月，通过分析这些患者的临床资料来确定变应性支气管肺曲菌病的临床特点，从而为后期临床治疗活动提供一定的参考借鉴意义。结果本研究所选患有变应性支气管肺曲菌病患者的临床症状有以下几点：哮喘；周围血中嗜酸粒细胞增加；asp 变应原速发性皮试阳性；血清总 ige 浓度升高；肺部浸润阴影；抗 asp 变应原的特异性 ige 和 igG 抗体效价升高等。本研究对这些患者均给予糖皮质激素治疗方案进行干预，并且给予一定抗真菌药物进行治疗。结论变应性支气管肺曲菌病在临床治疗过程中缺乏一定的特异性，因此，在对其进行确诊时需要综合各项指标检查结果来进行判断，例如血清学 ige 及烟曲霉皮肤点刺方法等，从而保证诊断结果的可靠性，由此为治疗活动提供有力依据。

Objective: to investigate and analysis the clinical features of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis should be the clinical features of bronchopulmonary aspergillosis.
