目的：探讨多层螺旋 ct 三维成像技术在牙槽突裂整复中的应用。方法收集我院收治的牙槽突裂患者100例，分为观察组和对照组，每组患者数量为50例。对照组患者使用常规 X 线平片进行诊断并指导治疗，观察组患者使用多层螺旋 ct 三维成像技术进行诊断并指导治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者，差异为显著性差异，（P<0.05）差异有统计学意义。结论对牙槽突裂患者实施整复的过程中，使用多层螺旋 ct 三维成像技术能够明显展示出裂隙区域，清晰度较高，可以较好的指导治疗，在临床上值得推广应用。

목적：탐토다층라선 ct 삼유성상기술재아조돌렬정복중적응용。방법수집아원수치적아조돌렬환자100례，분위관찰조화대조조，매조환자수량위50례。대조조환자사용상규 X 선평편진행진단병지도치료，관찰조환자사용다층라선 ct 삼유성상기술진행진단병지도치료。결과관찰조환자적치료총유효솔명현고우대조조환자，차이위현저성차이，（P<0.05）차이유통계학의의。결론대아조돌렬환자실시정복적과정중，사용다층라선 ct 삼유성상기술능구명현전시출렬극구역，청석도교고，가이교호적지도치료，재림상상치득추엄응용。
Objective: to investigate the application of three-dimensional ct technique in the treatment of alveolar cleft. Methods:100 patients with alveolar cleft were collected in our hospital, divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional X-ray plain lm, and the observation group was treated with three-dimensional CT technique and the treatment was performed. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was signi cantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signi cant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the alveolar cleft patients with reduction of the implementation of the process, using 3d ct technology is able to clearly demonstrate the crack region, higher resolution can better guide the treatment, the clinical worth of popularization and application.
