目的：分析和探讨小青龙汤治疗哮喘病发作期的有效机制。方法选取我院2012年3月—2013年3月收治的70例哮喘病发作期患者，通过随机数字表法分为对照组（n=35）和观察组（n=35），对照组患者给予西医治疗，观察组患者在此基础上采用小青龙汤治疗，对两组患者临床治疗效果作比较分析。结果观察组患者治疗后恶寒发热、喘息胸闷、鼻塞流涕、咳嗽咳痰改善明显优于对照组，治疗总有效率较对照组更高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针对哮喘病发作期患者，基于西药治疗采用小青龙汤，有利于明显改善临床症状及体征，疗效确切，从而提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
목적：분석화탐토소청룡탕치료효천병발작기적유효궤제。방법선취아원2012년3월—2013년3월수치적70례효천병발작기환자，통과수궤수자표법분위대조조（n=35）화관찰조（n=35），대조조환자급여서의치료，관찰조환자재차기출상채용소청룡탕치료，대량조환자림상치료효과작비교분석。결과관찰조환자치료후악한발열、천식흉민、비새류체、해수해담개선명현우우대조조，치료총유효솔교대조조경고，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론침대효천병발작기환자，기우서약치료채용소청룡탕，유리우명현개선림상증상급체정，료효학절，종이제고환자생활질량，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective: to analyze and explore the effective mechanism of Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of asthma exacerbation. Methods: according to the random number table method is divided into the observation group and the control group. in control group were treated with western medicine treatment, the observation group patients based on the use of small Qinglong decoction in treating, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients for comparative analysis. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signi cant (P<0.05). Conclusion:asthma patients with Xiaoqinglong decoction, can signi cantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs, curative effect.
