目的：针对同种异体骨板修复髋关节翻修股骨骨缺损的临床评价进行分析研究。方法回顾性分析2011年2月至2014年3月在本院接受治疗的79例全髋关节翻修患者的临床资料。其中有52例股骨缺损患者采取同种异体骨板修复髋关节翻修股骨骨缺损，随访7至25个月，分析其临床评价。结果这52例患者在术后并无明显的不良反应。术后通过为期 7至25个月的随访后，有10例由于假肢松动导致假肢远端外翻，但翻修时及时纠正；有2例由于偏小的髋臼前倾角需重新翻修髋臼。通过翻修后所有患者的同种异体骨移植部位的骨性愈合较好，治疗优良率为100%。患者手术前后的 Harris 髋关节功能评分变化明显（P<0.05）。结论同种异体骨板修复髋关节翻修股骨骨缺损，治疗效果显著。
목적：침대동충이체골판수복관관절번수고골골결손적림상평개진행분석연구。방법회고성분석2011년2월지2014년3월재본원접수치료적79례전관관절번수환자적림상자료。기중유52례고골결손환자채취동충이체골판수복관관절번수고골골결손，수방7지25개월，분석기림상평개。결과저52례환자재술후병무명현적불량반응。술후통과위기 7지25개월적수방후，유10례유우가지송동도치가지원단외번，단번수시급시규정；유2례유우편소적관구전경각수중신번수관구。통과번수후소유환자적동충이체골이식부위적골성유합교호，치료우량솔위100%。환자수술전후적 Harris 관관절공능평분변화명현（P<0.05）。결론동충이체골판수복관관절번수고골골결손，치료효과현저。
Objective: to study the clinical evaluation of the femoral bone defects in the revision of the femoral bone defects of the femoral bone defects. Methods: the clinical data of 79 patients with total hip arthroplasty treated in our hospital from february 2014 to March 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. 52 cases of femoral defects were treated with allogeneic bone plate to repair the femoral bone defect of the hip joint, and were followed up for 7 to 25 months. Results: there were no obvious adverse reactions in the 52 patients. after operation for a period of 7 to 25 months follow-up, 10 cases due to prosthetic loosening caused limb distal hallux. However, revision promptly correct; 2 cases with partial small acetabular anteversion angle for re revision acetabular. after revision, the bone healing of the allograft bone graft was good, and the cure rate was 100%. the functional score of hip joint in patients with Harris before and after surgery was signi cantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: the femoral bone defects of the femoral bone were repaired with the same bone plate and the treatment effect was signi cant.
