目的：分析术中冰冻在甲状腺微小乳头状癌(PtMc)的临床应用，以提高该病诊断准确率。方法对2015年1月—2015年6月我院55名 PtMc 患者进行回顾性分析，比较术中冷冻与石蜡切片对 PtMc 的诊断准确率。结果术中冷冻诊断 PtMc 阳性率为46例，假阴性有4例，延迟5例，术中冷冻的确诊率为83.64%。结论分析术中冷冻在 PtMc 临床诊断中出现误诊的原因，提高临床诊断准确率，为 PtMc 的鉴别诊断提供可靠依据。

목적：분석술중빙동재갑상선미소유두상암(PtMc)적림상응용，이제고해병진단준학솔。방법대2015년1월—2015년6월아원55명 PtMc 환자진행회고성분석，비교술중냉동여석사절편대 PtMc 적진단준학솔。결과술중냉동진단 PtMc 양성솔위46례，가음성유4례，연지5례，술중냉동적학진솔위83.64%。결론분석술중냉동재 PtMc 림상진단중출현오진적원인，제고림상진단준학솔，위 PtMc 적감별진단제공가고의거。
Objective: to analyze the clinical application of intraoperative frozen in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PtMc) in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of the disease. Methods: 55 PtMc patients in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the diagnostic accuracy of PTMC was compared with that of paraf n sections. Results: the positive rate of PtMc was 46 cases, 4 cases were false negative, 5 cases were delayed, the accuracy of the operation was 83.64%. Conclusion: analysis of the causes of misdiagnosis in PtMc clinical diagnosis, improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis, provide a reliable basis for the differential diagnosis of PtMc.
