目的：研究尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法对24例肱骨髁间骨折采用后正中切口经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板内固定治疗。结果24例患者骨折愈合时间平均16个月，根据Jupiter法评分：优11例，良10例，中2例，差1例，优良率87.5%。结论通过尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折，稳固性及牢固程度比较高，患者术后康复快，且术后并发症发生率较低，值得临床推广和应用。
목적：연구척골응취절골입로쌍강판고정치료굉골과간골절적료효。방법대24례굉골과간골절채용후정중절구경척골응취절골입로쌍강판내고정치료。결과24례환자골절유합시간평균16개월，근거Jupiter법평분：우11례，량10례，중2례，차1례，우량솔87.5%。결론통과척골응취절골입로쌍강판내고정치료굉골과간골절，은고성급뢰고정도비교고，환자술후강복쾌，차술후병발증발생솔교저，치득림상추엄화응용。
Objective Research olecranon osteotomy between double plate fixation of humeral condyle fractures. Methods After 24 cases between humerus fractures incision through olecranon osteotomy double plate fixation. Results 24 cases of patients with an average healing time of 16 months, according to Jupiter France Rating:excellent in 11 cases, good in 10 cases, in two cases, and poor in 1 case, good rate of 87.5%. Conclusion By olecranon osteotomy between dual plate fixation of humeral condyle fractures, stability and firm level is relatively high, fast postoperative recovery, and low incidence of postoperative complications, worthy of promotion and application.
