WCDMA网络接入分为RRC、RAB 2个阶段,其中RAB指派建立受到基站资源影响会产生接入拥塞,影响接入成功率指标。载波扩容、CE扩容、新建基站等方式受到投资、工程周期等因素影响,不能灵活、快速地对网络低接入性小区进行调整,并且要付出较大代价。因此提出通过无线COUNTER定位问题,参数调整优化方式,能够准确定位问题、快速提升接入指标,提高网络效能及用户感知。

RRC and RAB are two steps of WCDMA network access. The base station resources have impact on RAB assign establish-ment,leading to access congestions,which reduce the success rate of network access. Traditional methods,such as increas-ing carrier and CE numbers,constructing base stations,due to high costs and long terms,can’t adjust low performance cel s flexible. It proposed a method to locate problems according to wireless counters analysis. Using this method,telecom opera-tors can improve network access performance indicators rapidly,and promote network abilities and customer experience re-markably.
