通过测定页岩烧结砖在不同的烧成温度和保温时间下的烧成收缩、强度、显孔隙率、泛霜等性质,以及进行XRD和SEM的微观测试,分析温度制度对页岩烧结砖性能的影响。结果表明:随着烧成温度和保温时间的增加,质量损失率、直径损失率和高度损失率出现了不同程度的改变,砖体的密度不断地加大,吸水率、显孔隙率则在不断地减小,而压强和泛霜在不同的阶段呈现出不同程度地增加、减小或者平稳的变化。微观测试显示,液相不断增加,孔径减小,使得密度增加。同时,页岩的矿物含量在不断地减小,新增矿物莫来石含量不断增加。

By measuring the firing shrinkage, strength, porosity, frost and other properties, as well as XRD and SEM microscopic test of fired shale brick under different firing temperature and soaking time, the paper analyzes the effect of temperature system on the properties of fired shale brick. Results show that with the increase of fir?ing temperature and soaking time, the density of brick is increased constantly, but the water absorption and po?rosity is decreased in constant, the pressure and frost under different conditions is increased, decreased or steady changed in different degrees. Microscopic test shows that as liquid phase increases, the pore diameter decreases, and makes the density increased. At the same time, the mineral content of shale is constantly decreasing, but the new mineral mullite is constantly increasing.
