发动机装有10个双油路双喷嘴离心式喷嘴，它们用两条燃油总管（主油路燃油总管和副油路燃油总管）连接起来；为了保证发动机燃油总管向燃烧室提供雾化质量高的燃油，燃油总管安装前要对其进行各喷嘴的流量检查，使各喷嘴的流量满足发动机的性能要求。燃油总管流量试验器主要是用于对发动机燃油总管进行流量检测的设备，是采用计量瓶的计量方法来测量喷嘴流量的，由10个不同规格的计量瓶组成，可以通过更换夹具对各种不同规格的喷嘴进行流量检测。

Flow rate tester is a kind of equipment mainly used for the testing and measurement of manifold flowing rate, the principle of which is by applying the metering principle of measuring bottle. The equipment is constructed by ten different types of measuring bottles, through changing clamps, can be applied to perform the flow rate measuring of variable fuel injec-tors.
