为减小永磁联轴器的径向尺寸以及转动惯量,通过Ansoft Maxwell对盘式异步永磁联轴器的工作过程进行仿真,讨论了永磁盘直径、永磁体厚度、永磁体极数等参数对联轴器所能传递转矩的影响,对比了不同功率、不同直径下永磁联轴器最优参数的差异。得出了适合Y132M-4电机(7.5kW)的盘式异步永磁联轴器的永磁盘最小直径为190mm,永磁盘直径和永磁体材料对其传递转矩影响较大,永磁体厚度和极数对其传递转矩影响较小。

To decrease the radial dimension and rotary inertia of the magnet coupling, the axial asynchronous permanent magnet coupling(AAPMC) was simulated through Ansoft Maxwell. The influence of diameter of permanent magnet disk and permanent magnet thickness and number on transmittal torque were discussed and compared. The conclusion was that the minimum diameter of permanent magnet disk was 190mm matching the Y132M-4 electromotor , and magnet disk diameter and magnet material have great effect on transmittal torque, while the thickness and pole number of magnet have less effect on transmittal torque.
