采用双螺杆混炼工艺制备2∶17型钐钴粒料,并注射成型粘结磁体。研究了磁粉的矫顽力、形貌以及体积分数对注射粒料磁性能的影响。结果表明,高内禀矫顽力不利于注射成型过程中钐钴磁粉的取向。改善磁粉的形貌有利于提高钐钴注射粒料的流动性。随着磁粉体积分数的增加,造粒过程中扭矩增大、注射粒料流动性降低、注射磁体密度增高。磁粉体积分数小于64.5vol%,粒料剩磁随着体积分数线性上升,体积分数超过64.5vol%,剩磁增加缓慢。优化工艺参数制备出磁性能为 Br=0.65T、Hcb=422 kA/m、Hcj=659 kA/m、(BH)max=79.14 kJ/m3的注射粘结磁体。

2∶17 type SmCo pellets were prepared by twin-screw mixing process for injection molding bonded magnets. The influences of intrinsic coercivity, morphology and volume fraction of powder on the magnetic properties of 2∶17 SmCo type pellets were studied. The results show that high intrinsic coercivity goes against particles alignment during injection process. Particle morphology modification could improve MFR of pellets. With increasing particle volume fraction, pelleting torque increases, MFR decreases and the magnet density increases. The remanence of pellets increases linearly with powder volume fraction below 64.5%and increases slowly with powder volume fraction above 64.5%. By optimizingthe process parameters, injection magnets were prepared with magnetic properties of Br=0.65T, Hcb=422 kA/m, Hcj=659 kA/m, (BH)max=79.14 kJ/m3.
