本文介绍了国内二代加核电站调试过程中出现的流量超限情况,分析了流量超限工况下燃料系统的安全性及可靠性,特别针对落棒时间、燃料棒流致振动、燃料组件压紧功能等方面进行了评价,对燃料系统各部件的结构完整性是否受到影响也进行了评价。结果表明,超流量工况下,燃料系统仍能安全可靠的运行。

An introduction of the overflow condition in the testing process of several domestic PWR NPPs was presented. The safety and reliability of the fuel system was evaluated, especially for the aspects of control rod drop time, flow induced vibration of fuel rod, the hold down function for the fuel assembly etc. The structural integrity of the fuel system main components was also evaluated. The results show that the fuel system can operate under the overflow condition safely and reliably.
