猪巨细胞病毒病是危害养猪业的一种重要的传染病。文章概述了猪巨细胞病毒(PCMV)实验室检测方法的研究进展。在细胞生物学方面，主要依靠病毒分离培养、ELISA法、IFA等病毒特异性抗原及其抗体的检测等。在分子生物学方面，主要依靠国内外相继建立起的PCR、荧光定量PCR、LAMP和ISH技术等。介绍和比较了各种方法的优缺点和实用性，为临床科技工作者建立快速、简便、准确、实用的检测方法提供参考。

Porcine cytomegalovirus (PCMV) disease is one of the main infectious diseases which is a serious harm to pig industry. The development of laboratory methods of PCMV was summarized in this paper. In the cell biology aspect, the diagnosis of PCMV was mainly depended on virus isolation and culture, speciifc antigen and antibody examination such as ELISA and IFA. In the molecular biology aspect, mainly depended on PCR and lfuorescence quantitative PCR diagnosis, LAMP and ISH. The advantages and disadvantages, and the practicality of the several of methods were introduced and compared. It was to be provided reference for clinical veterinary technology workers to establish rapid, simple, accurate and practical diagnosis method.
