随着酸化工艺在采油过程中的广泛应用，金属材料防腐及安全生产等问题备受关注，急需形成一种对油层伤害低、缓蚀作用明显的酸液体系。本文采用静态失重法，以静态腐蚀速率为试验评价指标，合成了针对N80钢材缓蚀效果明显的曼尼希碱缓蚀剂，优化了合成条件，并复配以表活剂等增效剂和助剂，提升药剂稳定性和酸溶性。经室内评价，该药剂与常规酸液及各类添加剂配伍性良好、缓蚀效果可达到Ι级水平，为现场应用提供了有力的实验依据。

With the widely application of acidizing in oil production,metal anticorrosion and safe operation have been the focus in this field,an acid system needs to be formulated that is no harm to oil reservoir and inhibits corrosion effectively.Static weight-loss method is used in this paper with static etching rate as experimental assessment criteria to synthetize Mannich base corrosion inhibitor which is good at preventing steel N80 from corrosion.The reaction conditions are optimized. Additives and synergists such as surfactant are formulated as well to improve the stability and acid dissolvability of the agent.The indoor assessment show that this agent is compatible with conventional acids and additives,the corrosion inhibiting performance of it is up to Grade-I,which offers guidance for onsite practices.
