采用硝酸作为消解剂对样品进行微波消解,利用ICP-AES同时测定广西钦州出口养殖对虾中的Hg、As、Pb、Cd等15种元素。通过加标回收实验与方法精密度计算,验证了该方法所得数据的可靠性,各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差在1.11%~3.83%之间,加标回收率在92.0%~110.0%之间。结果显示,与常规单一检测法相比,本法高效简便、灵敏准确,适合常规检测。

Determination of fifteen elements in Qinzhou export Penaeus vannamei were studied by ICP-AES after digested by HNO3 in microwave system. The determination results showed the method was sensitive and accurate. The reliability of analytical data was checked by additional standard recovery test and method precision. Recoveries of the method for these elements were in the range of 92.0%~110.0%, with the RSD≤3.83%(n=5). Compared with the commonly used single-element analytical techniques, the proposed method has the advantages of more efficient and accurate.
