为了解管网系统的运行动态,从普光气田主体区块生产集输系统实际情况出发,根据气藏工程、采气工程和油气储运工程的基本理论和节点分析方法,建立了包括完井段、井筒、井口、地面集输管线在内的一体化数学模型,并结合普光气井生产、测试等数据,对模型进行拟合调试,优化计算模型。通过运算分析,该模型计算误差较小,验证了其能够较准确地描述整个生产系统的运行状况。并采用该模型设计了普光气田在一次清管期间的产量调配方案,为产量调配决策提供了技术依据,确保了清管期间的产量任务以及整个集输系统安全平稳运行。该模型可以对生产集输系统进行整体优化,为气田各类产量调整、生产措施制定提供决策依据,实现气田高效优化管理。

A mathematical model is established to investigate the operation of pipeline,which includes the completion period, wellbore,wellhead and surface gathering pipeline by means of the theory of gas reservoir engineering,gas production engineering,oil/gas storage and transportation engineering as well as the node analysis method.It is adjusted and optimized based on data of the actual production conditions of production gathering system in the main block of Puguang gas field. The calculation analysis show that model calculation error is small,it can describe the operation condition of the production system.The production deployment plan of Puguang gas field during a routine pipe-cleaning was designed by using this model,which provides the technical basis for production deployment decision,and ensures the production task during the pigging and steady operation of the whole gathering system.The model can be used for integral optimization of the whole production system,it provided the basis of decision making for all kinds of production adjustment and measures,and can achieve efficient management of gas field.
