针对汽车运油的方式,分析其弊端,提出了建立增压点的方案。通过加热、分离、外输的工艺流程,利用加热炉、三相分离器、泵等设备实现了原油的脱水增压外输。结合实际生产状况,针对上述工艺,提出了在上述工艺中增设事故油罐的工艺方案在长庆油田中采用。

The scheme of building crude dehydration stations is based on the analysis of demerits of the transportation by oil tank truck.The crude pressurized exportation is realized by heating furnace,three-phase separator,and pump through heating,separation and exportation.The emergency crude storage tank is added based on these processes and practices,which proves to be more practical in Changqing Oilfield.
