通过新型皮革感官特性参数测试仪器对5种等级不同的皮革试样进行顶伸与压缩性能试验,采用测得的位移载荷数据来确定皮革的感官特性参数(柔软度和丰满度)。用SPSS软件中线性拟合和指数拟合方法对试验结果进行了分析,并与主观检测结果进行了对比。结果表明:验证了压缩实验结果线性拟合、顶伸实验结果指数拟合更准确;柔软度与丰满度呈正相关关系。

The leather sensory characteristic parameters, such as softness and fullness, which were deter-mined by the obtained displacement load data, were tested with the measurement of extension and com-pression property of five kinds of different grades of leathers by using the new testing instrument. The test results, which were analyzed by the linear fitting and exponential fitting method respectively using the SPSS software, and compared to the subjective test results, showed that it was verified more accurate with the linear fitting for the compression data and the exponential fitting for extension data, and the softness of leather was positively correlated with fullness.
