为了减少牦牛皮制革过程中的污染,采用了包灰脱毛—脱毛浸灰废液循环利用的方法。通过分析脱毛浸灰废液中硫化钠和石灰含量,补加相关化工材料;对每次废液循环后的浸灰裸皮膨胀率以及废液的浊度、COD值、ToC(有机碳)值和TNb(有机氮)值进行了测定,以评价废液循环对裸皮膨胀的影响。实验结果表明,脱毛浸灰废液循环过程中,浸灰裸皮膨胀率先增加后降低,废液浊度、COD值、ToC值和TNb值持续上升,但均未趋于饱和。废液循环10次后浸灰裸皮膨胀率与初始时差距不大,在整个循环过程中可以节约硫化钠62.80%,石灰84.80%,水64.90%。总之,脱毛浸灰废液循环使用10次以内不会对牦牛皮膨胀造成负面影响,可以明显减少污染物排放。

In order to reduce pollution during yak leather-making processes, the methods of paint unhair-ing and unharing-liming effluent recycle were used. Sodium sulfide and lime were added during effluent recycle based on their content analysis. The swelling rate of limed pelts during recycle were tested, the turbidity, COD value, ToC value and TNb value of every recycling effluent were tested too, which were used to evaluate the influence of recycling process on swelling effect. The results showed that the swelling rate of limed pelts increased at the beginning but decreased with recycle times increase. The COD value, ToC value and TNb value increased during recycle, but did have not yet reached saturation. After 10 times recycle, the swelling rate of pelts was similar to the first time, but 62.80% sodium sulfide, 84.80% lime and 64.90% water were saved. In sum, no adverse effects on yak hide swelling using unharing-liming ef-fluent recycle process within 10 times are observed, and pollutant is reduced obviously.
