通过比较三参数隔振系统在最优阻尼下的共振频率和隔振器最大内耗角对应的频率,得到三参数隔振系统在最优阻尼下的共振频率的物理意义。在三参数隔振原理与参数分析的基础上,给出一种隔振器设计,通过试验测试获得了隔振系统在最优阻尼下的共振频率、最大内耗角对应的频率以及隔振器的最优传递率,测试和理论分析结果吻合,验证了理论模型的正确性。试验也测试了隔振效果的参数依赖性,并且给出三参数隔振系统的设计方法,为后续的微振动减振平台设计提供理论基础。

Forthree-parameter isolation systems, the resonance frequency associated with the optimal damping and the frequency associated with the maximum internal friction angle are analyzed. On the basis of parametric analysis and the mechanism of three-parameter isolation, a three-parameter vibration isolator is proposed. Experimental tests are conducted to verify the theoretical model and evaluate the performance of the proposed isolator. Experimental and analytical results demonstrate that the natural frequency of the three-parameter isolator associated with the optimum damping is exactly the frequency corresponding to the maximum frictional angle. Furthermore, the dependence of isolation performance on the parameters of the isolator is also tested. In addition, a design procedure of isolators is provided for future research in the micro-vibration isolation.
