内蒙古某银铅锌多金属矿，含铅1．51％，锌3．32％，银142g／t，有用矿物嵌布粒度细且不均匀，嵌布关系十分复杂，根据矿石性质，采用优先浮选流程和选择性好、捕收能力强的捕收剂TMA－3，闭路试验获得了含铅64．60％、铅回收率87．13％，含银5980．00g／t的铅精矿，和含锌51．86％，锌回收率88．21％的锌精矿的较好指标。

A Ag-Pb-Zn polymetallic ore of Inner Mongolia containing 1 .51% Pb ,3 .32% Zn and 142 g/t Ag ,the dis‐seminated grain size of valuable minerals is fine ,heterogeneous and complex .According to the characteristics of the ore property , selective flotation process was adopted to treat the ores and by using TMA -3 as collector ,which has higher seletivity and collecting ability ,good indexes were achieved by the closed -circuittest ,and the concentrates of lead and zinc grading 64 .60% Pb and 51 .86% Zn were obtained ,at recoveries of 87 .13% Pb and 88 .21% Zn , which the silver content in the lead concentrate were 5 980 .0 g/t .
