海洋平台外挂井槽能有效降低油田开发成本，提高产量，缩短项目建设周期。结合油田综合调整方案的需求，一期在旅大10-1 WHPA平台南侧外挂四个井槽，二期在平台南侧新增两根桩腿和八个井槽。通过以上分步交叉的实施措施，在2010年提前完成项目建设和投产。

해양평태외괘정조능유효강저유전개발성본，제고산량，축단항목건설주기。결합유전종합조정방안적수구，일기재려대10-1 WHPA평태남측외괘사개정조，이기재평태남측신증량근장퇴화팔개정조。통과이상분보교차적실시조시，재2010년제전완성항목건설화투산。
The offshore platform can effectively reduce the oil development costs,improve production,shorten the project construction cycle. Combined with the demand of the comprehensive adjustment program of oilfield,a period of the south side of the LD WHPA 10-1 platform,four wells are hung,and two of the new two piles are added to the south of the platform and eight wells. Through the implementation of the above step by step,to complete the project and put into operation in advance.
