水溶性烷基醇胺在工业上用于轻烃脱除CO2和H2S等酸性组份,在连续使用过程中不可避免的产生热稳盐、固体悬浮物等杂质。这些杂质的产生和积累会导致醇胺溶液损耗增大、设备腐蚀速度加快、吸收塔和再生塔物料发泡、装置脱碳脱硫能力降低等问题。为此,在分析了松南气田天然气脱碳装置运行工况的基础上,结合醇胺溶液中各类杂质的来源及影响,提出了天然气脱碳溶液的净化和再生技术:离子交换、过滤、减压闪蒸、活性炭吸附。这些措施的应用,有效的改善了醇胺溶液质量,显著的提高了装置脱碳能力。

Water-soluble alkanolamine is used to remove CO2 and H2S from light hydrocarbon,which produces thermal stable salt, suspended solids during processing,and lead to loss of alkanolamine,corrosion on equipment,foaming in absorption/regeneration columns and malfunction of decarbonization/desulphurization of the unit.The purification and regeneration of solutions for gas decarbonization is presented in this paper by analysis of the operating conditions of gas decarbonization unit in Songnan gas field along with the sources and effects of impurities in the solution.It involves ion exchanging,filtering,vacuum pressure flash distillation and absorption by activated carbon, which can improve the quality of the solution and performance of carbon removing.
